1. Overview
Appyone India (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.
2. Free Website Build
Your website design and build is completely free. You will never be charged for the initial construction of your website, regardless of which plan you choose or whether you decide to continue with the service.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription and receive a full refund of any subscription fees paid. This guarantee applies to all plans (Presence, Grow, Scale, and Agency) and is consistent with Indian consumer protection laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Contact us at support@appyone.com within 30 days of your first payment
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
4. 5-Day Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your website preview within 5 business days of receiving a complete brief. If we miss this deadline, your first month of hosting is free. This guarantee is subject to:
- You providing all required information in a timely manner
- No extraordinary circumstances beyond our control
- Reasonable scope of work (standard 5-8 page website)
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Here is what happens when you cancel:
- During a paid month: Your subscription will not renew. You retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing period.
- At end of billing period: Your website will be taken offline. We will provide a full content export upon request within 14 days.
- Domain: Your domain, if registered through us, remains your property. We will transfer management to you upon request.
6. Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable except in the case of:
- Extended service outages (over 48 hours of downtime in a billing period)
- Material failure to deliver services as described
- Errors on our part that we are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of a billing period in exceptional circumstances.
7. Usage-Based Charges
Charges for usage-based services (email delivery, SMS, AI chat overage, WhatsApp API, VoIP usage) are non-refundable as they relate to services already consumed.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@appyone.com from your registered email address
- Dashboard: Use the cancellation option in your account settings (coming soon)
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your account may be suspended immediately. We encourage you to contact us first - we are reasonable and will work with you to resolve any billing concerns.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and through our platform. Active subscriptions will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of sign-up.
